Join Chef Jan Zoleta Parker for her Boodle Fight debut in Seattle at Cafe Barjot. She has teamed up with Barjot to offer a Filipino inspired experience. Barjot's Zach Criss has thoughtfully planned a drink menu to compliment dinner. This communal dinner will be enjoyed with your hands Boodle Fight style with food ornately designed on banana leaves. Through this dining experience, you will be immersed in Filipino Culture and taste the heritage of the Philippines. Chef Jan has kept true Filipino flavors pulling from Chinese and Spanish influence but has also incorporated techniques learned from her travels in Europe.
